Flint, Multi-Use

This was a client project that created a low income, multi-use building in Flint Michigan. The ground level is comprised of commercial properties that are accessible for multigenerational use and promotes employment opportunities for the community. The second, third, and fourth floor are low income housing units, plus an outdoor space. This was a group project.
